LoneStar’s “HOUSTON LIVESTOCK AND RODEO SHOW” PROMOTION – Event– Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Eligibility
LoneStar’s Houston Livestock and Rodeo Show (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal U.S. residents (excluding California, New Jersey, Louisiana, Tennessee, and other jurisdictions where such promotions are prohibited by law), who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state, whichever is higher, are Eligible users (as defined by LoneStar’s Terms & Conditions) and have an active and verified LoneStar account.
Employees of LoneStar, RealPlay Tech Inc., its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and other related entities, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household members are not eligible to participate.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on FEB 15, 2026, at 12:00 AM ET and ends on FEB 21, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”).
3. How to Enter
Participants can earn draw entries in two ways:
A) Purchase Method – One (1) draw entry is awarded for each qualifying Gold Coin package purchased during the Promotion Period.
B) AMOE (Alternative Method of Entry) – Users may log in once per day during the Promotion Period to receive one (1) draw entry per day, without purchase. Limit of seven (7) AMOE entries per participant.
All entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period. LoneStar is not responsible for lost, incomplete, or delayed entries.
4. Prizes
Five (5) winners will each receive:
🎁 Primary Prize:
Two (2) tickets to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo to be held at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas (the “Event”). The specific Event date will be coordinated with each winner, subject to availability and Sponsor approval. Seating location shall be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
The tickets include food and beverage offerings as provided with the ticket package by the Event organizer. The nature, scope, and availability of any included food and beverage benefits are determined solely by the Event organizer and are subject to change.
Tickets do not include transportation, accommodations, parking, gratuities, or any other expenses not expressly stated herein. All additional costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and attendance are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $400 per winner.
ARV reflects the Sponsor’s good-faith estimate of the retail value of the prize at the time these Official Rules were prepared.
If the Event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled, Sponsor shall have no further obligation beyond awarding the tickets as described, and no additional compensation shall be provided.
Total ARV of all Primary Prizes: $2,000.
Alternative Prize: In lieu of the Event, each winner may elect to receive one million (1,000,000)Gold Coins and two hundred (200) Sweepstakes Coins (SC). The ARV of the Alternative Prize is approximately $200, which is lower in value than the Primary Prize.
Sweepstakes Coins (SC) are awarded solely as promotional entries and are subject to the Sponsor’s Promotional Play Rules.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by random drawing on or around February 24, 2026. Winners will be contacted via the email or social media account associated with their LoneStar account. If a winner does not respond within five (5) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, each winner grants LoneStar and its affiliates the right, but not the obligation, to use their name, likeness, city and state of residence, biographical information, and prize details for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media, worldwide, without further notice, approval, or compensation.
Winners acknowledge that LoneStar has sole discretion over whether, when, and how such information is used, and that no winner shall have any claim or entitlement relating to such use or non-use.
6. Disqualification and Restrictions
• Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the entry process, violate platform Terms & Conditions, or create multiple accounts may result in disqualification.
• Participants who are found to be related to LoneStar employees or have previously violated LoneStar policies may be disqualified at any time.
• LoneStar reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason, including technical issues or suspected fraud.
7. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to:
• Comply with these Official Rules and LoneStar’s Terms & Conditions;
• Release and hold harmless LoneStar, RealPlay Tech Inc., their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and other related entities, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize;
• Accept that decisions by LoneStar regarding the Sweepstakes are final and binding in all matters.
8. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and shall be governed under the laws of the State of Delaware.
