LoneStar VIP Halloween Costume Contest – Terms & Conditions
Promotion Period: October 27, 2026, 9:00 AM through October 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET.
Eligibility: Open only to eligible players who are at least 18 years of age (19 in Canada), or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, excluding residents of any jurisdiction where participation is prohibited by applicable law. Employees of the Company and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Prize: Three (3) winners will receive the following prizes: 1st place: 12,500,000 Gold Coins and 2,500 Free Sweeps Coins; 2nd place: 10,000,000 Gold Coins and 2,000 Free Sweeps Coins; and 3rd place: 7,500,000 Gold Coins and 1,500 Free Sweeps Coins. Maximum total prize value: 30,000,000 Gold Coins and 6,000 Free Sweeps Coins.
Free Sweeps Coins awarded under this promotion are non-redeemable and subject to the Promotional Play Rules and applicable Play Requirements until such requirements are met.
How to Enter
Eligible players may enter during the Promotion Period as follows:
- Entry Limit: one (1) entry per player. If a player submits more than one photo, only the first photo received will be considered. Late entries will not be accepted.ia the email address associated with their Platform account.
- Submission: send one (1) photo of themselves wearing their LoneStar-themed Halloween costume, in a standard image format (such as JPG, JPEG or PNG), to their Host via email during the Promotion Period. No purchase is necessary.
Entry Requirements: Each photo must be the entrant’s own original photo and must show only the entrant wearing a LoneStar-themed costume. Photos that cannot be opened or clearly viewed may be disqualified. Photos must not include any other person, nudity, sexual, violent, hateful, discriminatory or otherwise offensive content, or anything that violates applicable law or the rights of any third party. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify or decline to publish any entry that includes third-party logos, trademarks or copyrighted characters, or that Sponsor otherwise determines to be inappropriate, inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion or unsuitable for publication. Sponsor may disqualify any entry that does not meet these requirements, in its sole discretion.
Judging: All eligible entries will be judged by Sponsor representatives, who will score each entry based on originality, creativity and the effort put into the costume. The three (3) entries with the highest total scores will win, in order of score. In the event of a tie, the entry with the higher originality score will prevail. Winners are determined based on skill; chance plays no part in determining the winners. The judges’ decisions are final. Winners will be announced on or about November 7, 2026, including by email to players that features the winning photos, and will be notified via their Host or the email address associated with their Platform account. If a winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted or does not meet these Terms, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next highest-scoring eligible entry. Prizes will be credited to eligible winners’ accounts following the announcement, subject to verification.
Prize Restrictions
If any portion of the prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value where permitted by law. No cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable.
Each winner may be required to execute a prize acceptance agreement and any other documentation reasonably requested by the Sponsor, including tax documentation (e.g., Form W-9) where required, before receiving the prize. Failure to complete the required documentation within the time specified may result in forfeiture of the prize and award of the prize to the next highest-scoring eligible entry.
Use of Entries and Publicity
By submitting an entry, each entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide and perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, crop, modify and otherwise adapt, in any manner, the submitted photo, together with the entrant’s name, in connection with this promotion and Sponsor’s marketing and promotional activities, in any media and in Sponsor’s sole discretion, including in the announcement of the winners by email to players and on Sponsor’s websites and social media channels, without further notice, approval or compensation, except where prohibited by law. Each entrant represents that they have all rights needed to grant this license.
Void where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend or terminate this promotion, or any aspect thereof, at any time in its sole discretion, including in the event of fraud, technical issues or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
